Practice, persist, persevere
Hi Reader,
If you know me a little, you know that I practice and teach how to develop BAMBOO LEGS: strong, supple and sharp.
It took me more than 20 years of practice, taking classes and experimenting on myself and my students these develop tools that I am now sharing with people.
Why it is difficult to stretch your hips?
1 - Because we spent a lot of time not stretching and not opening them.
How long per day do you spend walking, sitting, driving etc...?
2 - It is a complex area with a lot of tendons and muscles involved.
Do you know what your body needs to feel better?
3 - You need to train your central nervous system to new positions.
It takes practice, time and repetition to get used to a new position
4 - Be honest with yourself.
