Hello Reader,
2020 has been an unexpected year.
It showed to the world some important things.
Humans are good at very good at adapting.
🤝 Collaboration, connection and cooperation solve problems
What did you learn in 2020?
I learned even more to focus my attention and energy on things that I under my control, which pretty much summarises to control my mind.
I had one main priority in 2020:
👉To practice more than ever and become a better practitioner
in order to become a better teacher by empowering and guiding others.
Here are my thoughts for 2021:
🧘♀️- Cultivate a healthy mind in a healthy body. Period.(no one can do it for you)
🤸♂️- Mental health and physical health go hands in hands.
🧠 - Strengthen your immune system, it starts with your thoughts and your mindset.
🛌 - Forget resolutions, build long-lasting habits, routines or rituals.
🌱 - Celebrate your progress and your growth even the tiniest results.
🌳- Take care or yourself to take care of others.
🧑🏻🤝🧑🏽- Surround yourself with people who want the best of you and lift you up.
👪 - Be present for others, time and attention is the best gift you can give to someone.
📚- "Love people, use things, the opposite never works" - the Minimalists
🙏 - Be grateful for what you have today and strive to work on what you want tomorrow.
💚- Do what you love and love what you do.
🎯- Start this thing, activity, practice that is truly important to you and that you have been postponing until now. 'The right moment' is a myth, it is usually an excuse from your ego
🧗- Challenge yourself to grow, and lift someone else in your journey.
📜- We are capable of much more than we think we are.
🥋- Practice, persist, persevere

Practice, persist, persevere Hi Reader, If you know me a little, you know that I practice and teach how to develop BAMBOO LEGS: strong, supple and sharp. It took me more than 20 years of practice, taking classes and experimenting on myself and my students these develop tools that I am now sharing with people. Why it is difficult to stretch your hips? 1 - Because we spent a lot of time not stretching and not opening them. How long per day do you spend walking, sitting, driving etc...? 2 - It is...
Hello Reader, I hope you are doing well, that you spend some good time with your friends and family over the weekend. "🌬️Air is food for your body", intriguing title isn't it? Breathing is something that can be done consciously or unconsciously. When we pay attention to our breath we become more present, more aware. The breath is the bridge between your mind and your body. Your body could be physically here but your mind can be distracted somewhere in the past or the future. They are not...
